Paul brings a wealth of broadcast production experience to Better Broadcast. He most recently served as a Broadcast Engineer at Proshow Broadcast, where he designed, integrated and operated OB Mobile Units for more than a decade. Previously, Paul worked as a Workflow Systems Technician at Sim Video West.

Neal is a seasoned Broadcast Engineer, who also specializes in marketing, communication and project coordination. For more than eight years, he has been at Proshow Broadcast. He supported broadcast trucks and equipment and served as part of a team who launched a 4K Studio in Las Vegas.

Kenny worked as a Broadcast Engineer at Proshow Broadcast. In this role, he became an EIC and E2 on OB Units that focused primarily on remote broadcasting. Kenny was part of the build team for several Proshow Broadcast trucks and the Calrec retrofit of Gravity Media’s flagship unit Columbus.
